Josh Harrison

Josh began his professional career in 2011 by founding Fuse Resources Inc., a prominent land and energy consulting firm. In this role, he successfully led teams of contractors in evaluating and managing over 1,000 properties for both purchase and lease, executing transactions valued at over $500 million.
In 2019, Josh established Fuse Development Partners, focusing on real estate development and investment management. Under his leadership, the company has executed several successful real estate projects in the Midland area. Josh’s extensive experience encompasses all facets of the development process, including land acquisition, regulatory and government relations, mineral and water rights negotiations, land entitlements, and ground-up development.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Corporate Communications from Texas Christian University, which he earned in 2009. His blend of industry expertise and strategic vision continues to drive the success of Fuse Development Partners.
Chance Williams
Partner
Chance joined Fuse Development Partners in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in real estate valuation, underwriting, and financial analysis. His career began in 2011 with Southland Property Tax Consultants in Fort Worth, where he served as a Vice President for 10 years. In this position, Chance managed a diverse portfolio encompassing more than 2,000 properties with a combined market value exceeding $3 billion.
Chance’s experience includes owner representation in tax disputes, value negotiations, and tax advisory services across a broad spectrum of asset classes. His deep understanding of real estate valuation and financial strategies enhances our capability to make informed investment decisions and optimize property values.
He holds a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University (2010) and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University (2009). Chance’s background and analytical skills significantly contribute to the success and strategic growth of Fuse Development Partners.
